RICEEXPERIENCE
With Giulia Varetti with licensed tour guide and rice sommelier: guided tour of rice mill to see up close and hands-on the steps of rice processing and the reuse of scraps according to the season, short walk by the rice field to observe the production in the field, the change of the landscape and the relationship between
agriculture and nature in the Baragge Reserve area possibility to visit (external) the castles of Rovasenda and the village/castle of Buronzo in the hall at Armonie in Corte, with the support of educational equipment dedicated, in-depth workshop on rice varieties and their history, with practical exercise in recognizing differences and defects assistance in cooking class

Including: welcome with finger food tasting with glass of prosecco or sparkling wine cooking class with storytelling to team building format with direct involvement of guests (aprons provided by us) tasting of the prepared dish accompanied by wine (1 bottle/5 people already included in the price) dessert (to be defined with client) preparation in the laboratory food and wine shopping release of cookbooks in paper and/or email allergens list
