Visit to Piazza delle Erbe: the oldest square in Verona, where the medieval buildings, slowly, have taken the place of the Roman ones. On the square overlook the Palazzo del Comune, the Torre dei Lamberti, the House of Judges and the houses of the Mazzanti. In Piazza Erbe is also located Palazzo Maffei (autonomous visit included), which houses more than 350 works collected over a period of more than 50 years by the collector and patron Luigi Carlon. Free lunch. In the afternoon visit the Piazza dei Signori, where the administrative power of Verona has always been concentrated. In the center of the square immediately strikes the great statue of Dante who found refuge in Verona immediately after his exile from Florence. It follows the Palazzo del Capitanio with the corner tower overlooking the square, connected by an arch to the Palazzo della Ragione.
