Description

A weekend in the Biella area to savor the variety of its brewing tradition! Get ready for an itinerary in which lunches and dinners will have beer as the lowest common denominator!

Water, which in the Biellese area has the ideal characteristics for beer production, will be an integral part of this itinerary, which will start with a guided tour of the Sanctuary of Oropa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, after which we will walk a part of the so-called “Walk of the Priests,” to also tell about the Oropa stream and its waters.

A stop will be made in Biella city where, before a guided tour of the historic center, we will explore a museum dedicated to beer production.

The itinerary will then continue in the Cervo Valley, with a visit to the historic village of Rosazza and a tale of the valley, and then conclude in the Elvo Valley, another very important source of Biella's waters, where there will be no shortage of tap room tastings!
