Cheese Tasting at the Antica Latteria, Sampling Wines from Three Wineries, Hospitality at Hotel Vagneur, Exploring the Antico Borgo and its Stars, and the Scenery from Mont Joux

On this journey to discover Saint Nicolas, you will indulge in the pleasure of a gastronomic experience, surrounded by the scents of vineyards that animate the territory. You will immerse yourself in the authentic taste of traditional recipes and the unmistakable aroma of local wines, cultivated by small producers who revive the winemaking tradition, bringing back to life the lands that had remained uncultivated for over a century. You will savor cheeses from the Antica Latteria Erbavoglio accompanied by wines from the Di Francesco-Gasperi Vino&Spiriti winery. Traditional dishes of the territory will be expertly paired with wines from the Château Feuillet and Maison Vagneur wineries, narrated by their producers. After visiting the village of Vens, you will cross a forest of ancient fir trees towards Lake Joux, where a steaming polenta awaits you at an outdoor table in front of the magnificent natural scenery of the Gran Paradiso.
