3:00 pm Experiential walk in the Calanchi di Atri Regional Reserve (length 5.5 km; Difference in altitude when climbing 250 m)

7:00 pm Return to the facilities of the Teramana Coast

Sunday

9:30 am Departure for a visit to the Civitella del Tronto Fortress (6 euros) and the Scala Santa di Campli.

3:00 pm Guided tour of the city of Teramo (with a tourist guide).

7:00 pm Return to the facilities of the Teramana Coast

9:30 am Departure for Assergi and experiential walk to the sanctuary dedicated to Pope John Paul II in the village of San Pietro della Jenca

3:00 pm Departure for the accommodation facilities of the Peligna Valley.

5:00 pm Visit to the city of Sulmona (with a tourist guide).

9:30 am Departure for Raiano, experiential walk with a visit to the hermitage of San Venanzio (length 2.5 km; Difference in altitude with climbs 35 m)

1:00 pm Picnic with travel basket to the Solfa springs.

3:00 pm Visit with tasting at the historic Pietrantonj cellars in Vittorito

(15 euros by appointment).

7:00 pm Return to the Valle Peligna facilities.

7:00 pm Return to the structures of the Peligna Valley.
